Support

When we support you, we resolve any technology based issue and suggest a way to avoid it happening again. We are pride our support on being proactive as well as reactive. Support is available at your location or remotely from our Support Center.

Onsite and Remote Support



PairM will provide unlimited support onsite or remotely. We will perform this support with the quickest resolution available for the issue.

The remote support is unlimited up to 30 minutes per incident – where an onsite visit might be required to resolve the issue in question. Onsite Support is also unlimited.

The Client is guaranteed 2 Hour phone call turn around time and same day onsite support if necessary during business hours, otherwise first appointment the next business day.

Remote Support



PairM will provide unlimited remote support and one (1) onsite visit per month.

The client must purchase 5 support licenses at a minimum. Each license serves a workstation or server. Remote Support will be performed as a primary form of support from an authorized PairM location. The remote support is unlimited up to 45 minutes per incident, where an onsite visit might be required to resolve the issue in question. One onsite visit is included per month per license at the Client’s Address. Additional onsite visits will be billed monthly.

The Client is guaranteed 2 Hour phone call turn around time and same day onsite support if necessary during business hours, otherwise first appointment the next business day.

Onsite Support



The client purchases block hours for computer and network support. These hours are discounted depending upon the # of hours purchased

This Option is primarily for Onsite Support.

The Client is guaranteed a 4 Hour phone call turn around time and 24 to 48 hour onsite support during business hours. The time blocks never expire.

New Installations and projects can be applied with block time agreement.

If Remote Support is preferred, it is available at 50% it’s normal rate. Block time is not used for Remote Support. Remote Support is billed back to the client per incident.

The Client is guaranteed a 4 Hour phone call turn around time and 24 remote support during business hours. The time blocks never expire unless they are used for remote support only.

New Installations and projects can not be applied with remote or onsite support block time agreement.

Remote Support



The client purchases block hours for computer and network support. These hours are discounted based on the number of hours purchased.

This option is primarily for Remote Support Only.

If Onsite Support is preferred, it is available at our normal rates. Block time is not used for Onsite Support. Onsite Support is billed back to the client per incident.

The Client is guaranteed a 4 Hour phone call turn around time and 24 remote support during business hours. The time blocks never expire unless they are used for remote support only.
